Two Great Mosques are Being Built in Kapisa Province at the Cost of one million US dollars

Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, on Saturday inaugurated two mosques in his provincial visit to Kapisa at the cost of over one million US dollars.

At the time of opening the great mosque of Nijrab district, the Chief Executive said part of the mosque’s work will be begun at a cost of 320 thousand US dollars, but for its completon, sufficient fund will be allocated in the next year.

Dr. Abdullah said upon completion of the project, the great mosque of Nijrab district will have the capacity of 60 thousand prayers.

Also, the Chief Executive opened another great mosque in the village of Deh Baba Ali, Hessa II district of Kapisa province. This mosque will be built by the Ministry of Hajj and Endowments at three stories at an estimated cost of one million US dollars.

The Chief Executive assured the residents of Kapisa province that work of these mosques will be completed and will soon be operated.
