The Chief Executive Met with the British Ambassador to Kabul

Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan met with British ambassador to Kabul, Mr. Nicolas Kay, in his office at the Sepidar Palace.

At the meeting, the latest political developments in Afghanistan, Afghanistan’s regional relations, especially relations with Pakistan, and preparations for Kabul Process were discussed.

The Chief Executive, thanking the UK for its presence in Afghanistan, stressed on the joint cooperation between the two countries.

The British ambassador, emphasizing on his country's support for Afghanistan and the process of democracy in the country, declared the long-term cooperation of Britain to establish peace and stability in Afghanistan.
