The Chief Executive Received Newly Appointed Non-Resident Moroccan Ambassador to Afghanistan

Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan received Mohamed Karmoni, newly appointed non-resident Moroccan Ambassador to Afghanistan at the Sepidar Palace.

In the meeting, the Chief Executive welcomed Mr. Mohamed Karmoni to Afghanistan, and considered relations between Afghanistan and Morocco friendly which are based on mutual cooperation.

The Chief Executive added that the National Unity Government, based on its foreign policy guidelines, seeks to develop and expand Afghanistan's relations with neighboring and regional countries, as well as countries of the world. For relations with Morocco, the Chief Executive called for maintaining further relations between the two countries that is beneficial for both sides.

Then, Mohamed Karmoni expressed his satisfaction with meeting with Dr. Abdullah, the Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and called for expansion of Morocco's cooperation with Afghanistan which is in favor of his country, and emphasized that during his mission in Afghanistan he would take significant steps for development of cooperation between the two countries.
