Chief Executive Bids Farewell to Outgoing Ambassador of the Czech Republic

Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah met with the outgoing Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Kabul Mr. Petr Stepanek at Sapedar Palace in Kabul.

Chief Executive Abdullah thanked the Czech Republic for its assistance to Afghanistan, calling the relations between the two countries as good and intimate. The Chief Executive also praised Mr. Stepanek’s role during his mission to improve relations between the two countries and wished Mr. Stepanek success in his future missions.

Mr. Stepanek called Afghanistan a close friend of the Czech Republic and asked for continued friendly relations and increased trade between the two countries. He expressed satisfaction with his mission in Afghanistan and thanked the government and people of Afghanistan for their hospitality.

Ambassador Stepanek also expressed hope that peace and stability would return to Afghanistan and that the country would achieve prosperity and development in the shadow of peace.
