Chief Executive: We Appreciate the Efforts of the Youth to Represent Afghanistan


Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with Ms. Aisha Khurram, Afghanistan’s Youth Representative to the United Nations for 2019, while German Ambassador was accompanying her, at Sapedar Palace in Kabul.

Chief Executive Abdullah praised Ms. Aisha Khurram for her efforts in representing the youth of Afghanistan and voicing their demands at the United Nations and wished her more success.

The Chief Executive described Ms. Khurram as an example of generational change and revolution in Afghanistan and outlined the demands and wants of young people as his work priorities.

The Chief Executive thanked the German ambassador and the Federal Republic of Germany for facilitating the program and Ms. Aisha Khorram's trip to Berlin and the UN.

Ms. Aisha Khorram thanked the Chief Executive for inviting and praising her efforts, briefed him on her plans, achievements and work priorities and asked for youth representation and participation in government and peace efforts.

At the end of the meeting, The Chief Executive, in support of Ms. Aisha Khorram's efforts and suggestions, presented her with a letter of appreciation.
